2008 marks our inaugural vintage of Dénouement (pronounced day-nu-ma), a dessert wine made from Sauvignon Blanc that experiences botrytis, or ‘noble rot’ which is prized in France for its ability to produce stylishly luscious fruit characteristics.

This wine is led by aromas of baked peach and honeysuckle which elegantly transition into flavors of baked apricot with hints of brioche and hazelnut. Velvety and sophisticated on the palate, this wine can age for up to 10 years, developing dried fruit characteristics as it ages.

A truly pleasurable dining experience has many stages - each moment more exciting than the last, ultimately leading up to the conclusion. L'Ultime, French for The Ultimate, is a dessert wine intended to be enjoyed as the finale of any great meal.

Rich ruby in color, with notes of smoke, oak, and herbs and flavors of sweet orange marmalade and cinnamon, this firmly structured wine has an almost liqueur-like quality that remains fresh and gripping from beginning to end.
