In 1991, spectacular, terraced lavender gardens were planted at Matanzas Creek. Today the gardens greet our visitors as they arrive at the estate, and flourish in harmony with the land. They are farmed to preserve the essence of the local ecosystem. Once the lavender reaches full bloom, it is hand-cut and the entire plant is utilized in the production of our bath, body and home products.
